Each participating Club will use their own processes to select their entries for each Set Subject. One Club Delegate will be given access to the Entry portal to upload their Club’s images. The Club Delegate does not need to have an existing MyPhotoClub account. Instructions on uploading the images will be sent to each Club Delegate before the entries open.
Image Format:
- Digital images only
- sRGB colour space & jpg format
- Maximum image size – 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2MB
- No watermarks or identification of the maker
Competition Categories:
- Seven (7) Set Subjects
- Up to three (3) images per Set Subject per Club (Maximum 21 images per Club)
- Maximum title length 35 characters – TITLE ONLY
- Non-A Grade Open is not open to A Grade Members
- Images must NOT have been entered in to previous Qld Interclub Competitons

Members Belonging to Multiple Clubs:
Anyone who is a member of more than one club must designate one club as their primary when entering into Interclub competitions and notify their other clubs that their images cannot be used for that club’s Interclub entries.
Artificial Intelligence (AI):
Images created by Artificial Intelligence are NOT allowed in this competition, including the use of “Generative Fill” in Photoshop. All parts of the image must be photographed by the author who holds the copyright of all the works submitted.
